Request a new SIM card and send to me

Dear Fodafone,

I have your number in Netherlands. I am in Taiwan now, and I lost my fodafone SIM card. I have to do some banking in Taiwan with my Netherland phone number receiving SMS message. I want to ask if I can request a new SIM card and send it to me?  My number is  +31 6******, and my name is Wen-Hung Hsu.

It is not possible to send you a new simcard, where you are! Only Vodafone can send you a new simcard to your home adres. If you want a new simcard, you have to call to the customer service: 0800-0094 - from a other country you can call +31 6 54 50 01 00
