roaming unavailable in Paris

Hello! I have used my phone on roaming in other cities, but not in Paris. There is no network of vodafone.  why?

I hope you enjoy your stay in Paris! I'm sorry to read that you don't can't use your mobile data plan. With roaming your mobile phone will connect with the network of an other operator in Paris. This only works if you have activated data roaming and you use the correct APN, the access point to our mobile network. Please check if you are using the correct APN.
