Why is the amount of my invoice higher?

My phone bill was very high this month and I did not spend the amount stated in the description. One helps me with this

Hello @Burc and welcome to the Vodafone Community! If the costs were higher, I can certainly understand that you would want to know how this happened. This one employee will look with you.

Could you put your 06 number and date of birth in your profile for me? Then I can look along from the account and the invoice.
