My wife and myself have the same problem. I am just back from the Vodafone shop. The assistant was helpful, but had no any idea what is wrong. He just directed me to this Link, hoping Vodafone Central Office is helping us…
We also aproached Telekom Hungary, where the cutomer service stated the problem is not at there side, so recomended us turning to Vodafon NL. We have done it and as far as I can see there is no serious inspection going on despite "Bandi" already started to trigger that. Strange..
It would be nice to know what is going on by Vodafone and when can we see a result. BTW we are paying for this service…
