Not receiving most OTP's

Hi,

Like many others have posted about online, I am unable to receive most OTP's and have tried various steps as described in the following posts:

I have tried the steps listed by support in these referred links.

Some OTP's work, but most don't (PayPal, medical aid etc).

I assume normal SMS'e is working, but I so rarely get one it's hard to say.

This might have been a problem for more than 2 years.

2 years, wow that's a long time!
I think it would be best to visit a Vodafone store. They can then look with you and, if necessary, make adjustments to your telephone or the Vodafone system. Especially because you've tried so much and nothing helps.

Someone from Vodafone will be present again from Monday. They can forward your question to the correct department and then hope that they can help you. But I think going to a store is the best thing to do.
