Cancel mobile subscription from abroad

Hello.
I moved out from NL permanentely and I'd like to unsubscribe from Vodafone mobile. How to do this?
I tried to call +31 6 54 50 01 00 but there is a Dutch auto-responder and I do not speak Dutch. Is it possible to unsubscribe using email or some support chat?
