Can I buy a simcard with a foreign passport?

Dear sirs,
I often come to the Netherlands so i need dutch sim-card. Is it possible to buy it with foreign passport with simple tourist or buisness visa?

Hello @schneenik, Welcome at our forum! Would you like to buy a prepaid simcard? This is possible with a foreign passport. If you'd like a subscription it's mandatory to have a Dutch bank account. Regards,
