Why is the amount of my invoice higher?

i need an explanation why do i have to pay 22 euro extra, i didn’t call nobody out of Nederlands, i did nothing wrong, so from where is 22 euros

Hi @maksym_h, welcome here. 

I can imagine that you want to know why your invoice is higher then expected. When I check your invoice there has been one-off costs charged for removing a suspend. Your subscription has been suspended because the invoice wasn't paid on time. After the suspend you still paid your invoice and this suspend is been removed.  These costs will be charged in this situation.
