What can be the problem?

Hello,

I have a small problem since 2-3 days! My Covoco website says, that I do not have connection, when I'm on mobile network, but it works with WiFi. I have factory reseted, reindtalled the app ... I have just with mobile network, but it does not work with other SIM. 😞
What can I try more? What can be the problem?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
I think you better can call customer service from Vodafone or send a private message on Twitter or Facebook. This is a customer helps customer Community and for a customer it is not possible to see why you can't connect your site.

There you will have more information then here, I think.

andrey20, I just tried to open the website via our mobile connection, this is successful. Do you still have this issue? Do you use a special DNS?
