VF account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch

Keep receiving message:  vd nl account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch....

This seems to be a re-occuring issueas that I noticed previous complains on it (as early as a month ago)

I have:

Apple Watch version: 10.1.1. Bought in the Netherlamds 2023 edition

iOS version: 17.1.2

Based on the vodafone web instructions and store clark input it was supposed to be straight forward; but it wasn't.

I did the restarting devices and even re-install the watch app. No success. 

Your input on how to solve this issue is highly appreciated.

Hi @Mysupport 

Currently it isn't possible to order/activate OneNumber. You will get the error that your VF account isn't eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch or the option 'Configureer mobiel netwerk' is greyed-out. 

When it's possible to order OneNumber again I will give an update in this topic.
