Unsigned contract and auto charges

March 13, I placed online order for Sim Only subscriptions. Order number is: 256981961
When Sim was delivered at my address, something was incorrect in contract which I filled, which I filled online, and I wasn't able to get the Sim.
Then I visiting Vodafone shop 2 time to try and figure out how to fix issue with contract and get Sim card. They wasn't able to help me and told to call and explain my situation to Vodafone call centre.
I didn't call and gave up with Vodafone. However on April 26, Vodafone tried to charge me 19.34Euro from my account.
As I haven't signed any contract, and haven't received any Sim card, I would like to cancel my subscription with Vodafone.
Can you help me what can I do in this case, to avoid charges from Vodafone? Or how can I cancel my subscription? What will be procedures?
