Unable to log in to myvodafone to activate e-sim

Hi, I have recently set up an account through ziggo and want to activate the new e-sim I've just been sent the details, but I am unable to log in to the myvodafone app to do so - can you help me?

How nice that you have ordered a Vodafone subscription! I see you are using number porting. Your subscription with Vodafone will start as soon as the porting has been processed. From that moment on you can register a My Vodafone account and activate the e-SIM.
