Dear,
I ordered the s23 ultra the 26/06 online with Vodafone. At the time 2 promotions were active: 200E cashback with Samsung and the tablet with Vodafone.
Unfortunately, due to massive issues with Vodafone costumer service , the phone only arrived after the promotional period was finished (deadline 16/07).
I have since contacted about 5x costumer service online, by phone and in the shop to absolutely no avail as no one seems to be able to help me. Please note, this does not refer to the current Samsung promotional tablet for buying after 3/07, this refers to a Vodafone promotion that was until the 2/07.
Please let me know what steps can be done to solve this situation.
