I would like to pay the remaining device loan and immediately close the BKR. This is because of the mortgage. I have already contacted customer care chat last week Friday (17/07/2020 - 14hr) and created a request ticket for invoice. Request registration number 9682955.
This is the only payment that has yet to be made for the bank and then my mortgage will get approved.
Customer service doesn't really help other than creating a request. It's been a week now (24/07/2020 5th working day), but I couldn't hear anything from your department. I'm doing the follow up on every day with customer care but I'm just receiving the same message maximum it takes 5 working days and in between I also sent an email twice to the customer care but no response at all.
I’m really stressed because of this issue. I tried to contact customer care chat today, it’s completely down(unavailable). To be honest, I’m really disappointed with your service.
So, please let me know, how can I get the invoice and to make things get sorted out faster. I also need an email acknowledgement once I make the payment
