New Contract looking to change plan or add addon

Hi, 
I got my new contract from phone house, but the agent did not explain for me the differences between Business and residential Plan,
now i have the red super @ 50 Euro / Month
 
I called to change the plan to red super plus or Red Business Super as i travel arround Europe for My work so i need 1Gb/data instead of buying a sim for each country i visit, the agent told me i can't, and i am under agreement. While my account is Personal i am not eligible, so i aksed if there is any addon to buy or add / month to get 1GB of data in european countries, he said no,  so i told the Agent that i want to switch my plan to business super plan, he informed that i need a KVK number, as he promissed to send me an email with the Form to transfer the line to Business, untill today i called twice and i have nothing in my email.
 
I am asking the Experts here, what are my options to get more Data in Europe as the Agent said there is non beside transfering my line to business line, which i am not interested, but if i have no other choice will do it.
 
can i buy any bundle to add more Data in Europe, i have the Op reis bundle 2Euro / day, but i consume 35mb in 1 hour 🙂

Hi zaidsa,

That's sad to hear. I can imagine you need MB's to use outside of the country. Normally you can return your phone and subscriptionb within 48 hours after you bought it. I suppose you past that line allready?

Yes, thats correct, i want to change my plan , but what i am looking for is at least 4GB locally and 1GB Roaming in the european countries,

thats why the business super fits my need and its more expensive from what i am paying now,

any solution or addon that i can buy to have more data on roaming?

With the Red Super bundle you get 4GB internet to use in Netherlands. Unfortunately it is not possible to buy more data for abroad than the 35 MB of the Alles-in-1 BloX.
