Money was debited from the account

Good afternoon. Today, 08/22/2024, all the money was debited from my account. I would like to know for what reason, if my unlimited week is extended until 08/24/24 to 24:00. After that, I put 20 euros into the account and they also began to be debited without the possibility of extending the unlimited amount again. How can this be explained?

And at the moment I have to not use the Internet, because money is being debited from my balance, although my prepaid week is not over yet

How annoying that it isn't working properly! Let me check your account for you.

Alright for what I can see is this: 

• August 20 your saldo is € 20,-
• Yesterday the Unlimited Bundle has been activated € 14,- 
  • The bundle is active from 25-8 till 31-8
•  In between there has been some calling
• Now your budget is € 5,42

So you still have money in your account and the bundle has been activated properly!
