Lost money

Hello. 15.06.18 I topped up my account for 20€. But nothing changed. When I called to support, support manager suggest to wait 5 days, but nothing.
I contact with my bank. Money remittance was done. On my bank account I have minus 20€.
At present moment I’m out of the Netherlands and have no chance call again to support.
Please clarify and answer on my email.

The best, in your case, is to contact Vodafone via Twitter and/or Facebook. There you can explain your situation and then they can respond to it more easily. Here on the community this is not possible because this is a customers helps customers community.
