I'm sorry to read that you didn't have internet acces on your laptop with your mobile hotspot. I see you alreay had contact with one of my colleagues. Can you please let me know if your phone has mobile data again?

Nice that you are up and running again, but a pity that you don't get the speed that you're used to. Does this occur on one or multiple/all locations? Could you switch both devices to airplane mode? After 30 seconds you can switch off airplane mode. You can also turn off both devices. Your cellphone will make a new connection with our network.
If you're still struggling with the speed, please turn off the Hotspot and check the speed on your cellphone.
