Is there someone who has any idea when shop customers will receive their iPhone 7 Plus because Vodafone does not have ANY idea?
I just called to Vodafone customer service and i got one really grumpy lady on the phone who's probably sick of answering all those questions (maybe should not be working in customer service if it's so annoying). Anyway, customer service has no idea when i'm getting the phone because they have split up stock or whatever.. which is nonsense for me as a customer. Basically the "support" lady told me to f*** off to the shop if i want to know the status of my order. Why you're not customer friend, dear Vodafone? Why you hate us?! 😄
Dear Vodafone, I, as a customer, i do not care about your delivery routes, your split up stocks or whatever. If i want to get the info, i should be able to call you and get some kind of update regarding my order not the s**ty attitude from your grumpy employee.
