Hello @tudoralina If you request a Vodafone subscription a Romanian ID card will not be accepted.
Only a passport & residence permit will do.

As of January 1, 2014 Romanian citizens do not need a residence permit, we identify with id card , at bank, police everywhere, including credit do with this document, without requiring passaport. information on id and passport are identical. the law is changed from this year, the Romans have other rights, sure you need an upgrade to the contractual terms.Please a sales representative to show me a contract electronically on my e-mail adresse ( alina.alinatudor@gmail.com) and specify that a contract is concluded in the present passport and residence permit.
