I'm yet to receive my order and I already have a feeling that your service sucks!

I've placed a request for a new subscription more than 10 days ago and I'm yet to receive the order. My current connection is already deactivated right after I've applied for a connection and now, I'm without a phone connection for 10 days. It's so annoying that I;ve been trying to reach you across every channel possible - chat, facebook, email and now this forum.

The bottom line, your service sucks! Now, I only need to know how to cancel this order without losing my current number.
