Hybride activation / Cannot make calls?

Hi guys,

I am new to Vodafone. I have selected Hybride. I have started up the process: insert SIM, select the hybride bundle, pay the applicable $. That was done last night. Yet I cannot make calls, since the info voice tells me I have no beltegoed (credit).

I tried topping it up with my creditcard, but that top-up is only applicable IF I overspend my current bundle, or when I'm abroad.

What am I missing out?

Hi @Eiva, welcome to the Vodafone Forum! Have you completed the activation process on My Vodafone? We have a video (only in Dutch though) that shows you how to do this. If the activation has been completed and you're still not able to make any calls, please contact our customer service.
