Has my contract been cancelled?

English speaker who had to leave the Netherlands. Arranged prior to date for my contract to end on August 17th. My August bill was suspiciously high, so it was difficult to navigate the Dutch automated response. Usually, if you do not press buttons, you end up speaking with someone, but in this case.

Is anyone able to advice how to go forward? Another way to contact Vodafone, another way to check, or a way to navigate through the call?

This is a customer helps customers community and therefore it is not possible to help you through the community. You will need to contact Vodafone customer service for this. These can help you and see what is going on with your contract. This is not possible via the community.
