HELP Signed up to new contract but no paperwork recieved

(English living in Netherlands) Help please - got a phonecall from Vodaphone NL on Monday where I signed up for 2 new iphone contracts upgrading from a pre-paid phones but its been 4 days and I still havent recieved any paperwork or phones?
