Dont working credit card pay!

Hi,i pay my account witch credit card and Vodafone dont received money becaus say its not working!! I one time call say wait 2 days when come money later i go to shop for me say wait 5 days now i call again say its not working...So why i can choose in My Vodafone pay method witch credit card ??????now for me say go to bank and take money back!!!Whot i dont have whot to do and driving to bank?Becaus Vodafone have broken system????

Dear @eimantasvan,

If you would like to pay trough myvodafone it is only possible to pay by ideal.
If you would like to pay by credit card you have to contact the customer service trough 1200 department invoices. They can help you further with it.
The forum is used for tips and tricks for your phone for customers and answerd by costumers.
Here we can't do anything for you.
