Calling numbers in Germany

Hello Vodafone moderators,

I am a bit puzzled, I got that sms that I can use my prepaid YOU bundle coming this may everywhere in europe. I was quite happy, topped up my credit, and got a new bundle. But now I am wondering though - can I also call my girlfriend in Germany with that bundle? I thought that would be possible and tried it, but unfortunately I only got the sms from vodafone that I do not have enough credit.
So what is it now? Can I use my bundle to call european numbers? If I am in Germany, can I call German numbers?

Aah you didnt understand it correctly.

It won;t cost you extra when you are on vacation (in germany) and you will call to the netherlands. Not the other way around.
