Bad network coverage

I live in the city of Groningen and a few months ago it was decided to move the antena near our house to the flat behind. Now our calling and internet coverage at home is really bad. We barely get signal and when calling it is difficult to understand as well. We need the phone for work reasons sometimes 24/7 due to emergency shift. I'm a client from almost 9 years and this is a pretty frustrating situation and that can happen in a big city. How can we procceed to get this solved?
