Because of the Vodafone system, Vodafone cant create my invoice for an Iphone that I bought on July 2024. I asked the invoice to get the btw back from the tax authorities and put it in my booking system but I wait for 43 days for my invoice to be created. I dont know how to complain or how to solve my issue. does anybody had the same issue or am I the only one?
