Prepaid to subscription but sim mail did not come

I switch from prepaid to subscription but my e sim mail qr did not come. So today they deactivated my normal sim so I cannot use as prepaid and I cannot use subscription because I cannot activate e sim. so what to do? 

 

I do not remember if I made character mistake while I was entering my mail in the subscription process. So what if? What to do if I enter wrong email I do not have e-sim qr

I understand that you are experiencing problems with your SIM card and converting it to the E-SIM. Although I would have liked to help you with this, it is a bit difficult this way. I would advise you to call us so that you can do the verification and they can help you with the conversion.

Hi,

But they speak Netherlands, so I cannot understand. What to do? which number I should press to make them speak in English, I do not know.

Is it possible to solve my problem if I go to a Vodafone store?
