Have you checked all the settings before? Are your APN data correct? View this topic and it will help you through the APN settings (Note, it is in Dutch and you can forget the foreign part, it is only about the APN settings)

Have you ever turned the device off, removed the SIM card, then put the SIM card back in and then turned it on again? Or have you already put your SIM card in the phone with someone else to see if it is your device or your SIM card? You could also put another SIM card in your own phone to see if it works in your own device.
