network finding problem

Hi there,

I know it will sound really dumb and comlicated but I could really use some help. 🙂 My husband is in the USA and he can't find any network with his Nokia 100 phone. He has "Meerwaarderen Bellen" tarief. Since neither of us is in the Netherlands currently, is there anything we can do from the distance to solve this issue (for example via myvodafone)?

Hi,

Not a stupid question.

Your phone won't work in the US as it is a dual band phone. (You need a tri band phone to use in the US).
