eSIM and phone modem mode

Hello, 

 

I have 2 issues with my new vodafone eSIM: 

1 - My SIM activated but still no connection

2 - Cannot use modem mode on my plan but it was  necessary when i chosen plan. 

Chat bot isnt working. 

Cannot reach support via phone call. 

Please help to solve it?

Hi @KonstantinL, welcome here. 

I'm sorry to read that you aren't connection with our Vodafone network. Meanwhile you also had contact with one of my colleagues and based on that conversation I understand that you have the correct simcard and we can see that it is installed correctly. So as far as we can see everything should work at the moment. My colleague wants to check the settings of your phone with you. I hope this will be the solution. 

If you can't find a solution, you can also drop by one of our Vodafone shops for help. During the weekend and holidays we are not available on the Community.
