bundel!

Good evening
for 2 months in a row my bill was over 300€ for bundle costs. I think it is ridiculous as i always use wifi when i am at home and i am at home 90% percent of the time and i never even received a sms to say my bundle for the month is almost finished. How can this problem be solved as i cannot afford this every month seeing that my contract is 15 or 16€ a month. I need help as soon as possible and a refund would be even better!

Oooof Sorry to hear that. Please contact the Vodafone customer service (1201) the colleage will be pleased to help you. We can not see which apps use your bundle. This can be seen in your handheld. Maybe a change of contract / bundle makes that you get lower bills in the future. Via the forum it is not possible to help you with this individual issue. Sorry for that, Per
