Two weeks ago i placed an online order toplam move my number from lebara to a Vodafone red package. And i did write in my spouse's IBAN number because there were no warnings on the form that said the names of the card owner and the line owner must be the same. When the delivery guy came for the delivery he did not deliver the sim card for this specific reason. Then i went to a Vodafone shop and i updated the order with my own IBAN. And we requested a re-delivery. The delivery guy came with the same contract that had the wrong IBAN. Now i am out of ways to solve this and thinking about cancelling the order. Customer Çallı center is if no help because the English menu is not working.
How can anyone help with this issue?
