When will your system work again? Can't activate my simcard since yesterday.

Dear Vodafone, I got my new simcard yesteday. I was told it will be activated within 10 minutes. Few hours later it still wasn't therefore i reached toward the chat option. The person i spoke to, told me to turn off and turn of the phone and it should work.. Afterwards(finally) another chat consultant told me that there is a problem with your system/network. I would like to know when it will be working again, so i can use my phone again?

Dear @klaudiaszulc90 ,

First of all welcome on the forum.
Unfortunately we (Forum members) can't go in to the systems of Vpdafone.
The best thing what you can do is contact vodafone again. (wwww.vodafone.nl/support/contact) The customerservice can check what went wrong and if it is possible to activate the simcard again.

What I do is that they are working on the system on this moment untill Monday afternoon.
