My husband and I have used Vodafone for the last 5 years with our iPhones. In September when the new iPhones come out my husband and I will each buy a new iPhone, and we will switch to a service provider that offers Visual Voicemail in Netherlands. Although Vodafone Australia DOES offer Visual voicemail, Vodafone Netherlands has been resistant to offering this feature, and continues to give no reason why, other than to say it is just not available and they have no plans to make it available. This is unacceptable. So we will be leaving Vodafone, unless visual voicemail is made available between now and September. Sorry, we both liked Vodafone in ever other respect, but no Visual Voicemail has caused us problems, and Vodafone's lack of response the the situation is very poor, and it's become a deal-breaker.
