Hi, the only reason I decided to purchase an apple watch from my service provider, Vodafone, was thanks to the announcement that apple watch esims are now supported in NL.
Since receiving my watch a couple of weeks ago, I have not been able to activate my OneNumber. I have engaged with your colleagues through the chat service numerous times but no resolution. The first response was that the issue would be resolved in 2 business days and then, upon further enquiry, I was told I need to wait 10 business days. In my opinion, this is really unacceptable given the digital age we live in.
