Tegoed showing "Er is iets misgegaan"

last couple of days my Tegoed is showing "Er is iets misgegaan" AND my 3G/4G is not working.
How to validate check if ive exceed my bundle when Tegoed is not working?

If you login through the website and you go to service, do you see the request Luigi78 ?
If I read your message, he made a case for our technical department.In this case we only can wait until it is resolved.

Are these errors still visible in the app and website? Please delete and install the My Vodafone app again. Do you still get the same error? For the website: please delete your cookies and try another browser. If you experience the same issues, contact our Customer Service. My colleagues are happy to take a look at your case.

Reinstalled the app a couple of times, same results,
contacted support today and they indicated a ‘technical problem’ and have to wait for technical support to try and resolve.... more to come

i hope so. I was chatting with a guy named "Keanu" , and he said there is some technical issues with number 06XXXXXXX, That's the reason why you don't have an internet connection at this moment. I have send an research request to our technical department. and they can take 5 business days to respond., unfortunately did not get a tracking number.
That was on Monday 8th April at 13:06.
