Sunscription cancellation is waiting for 3 months

Hi,
I called vodafone call center and confirmed that it is possible to cancel my contract in the first month without any charges. I applied online for my subsciption cancellation. It has been nearly 3 months. Cancellation still has not been compleated. I am not using my vodafone sim card and still waiting for cancellation.

Can you please check and update the status?

Strange that you haven't heard anything about it.
Please call the customer service via 0800-0094. My colleagues can check the status for you.

Is there any way to call free the number you gave? Because I am not leaving in Netherlands.
