Sending signature to Vesta by post

Hi,

I have received a letter from Vesta asking for my signature in order to automatically process the monthly payment for my Hybride plan.

Is this legitimate? I would rather sign such a document in a Vodafone shop than send my name, bank account and signature through the mail to an address I do not find on the internet to be associated with Vesta.

Thank for your registration on the forum.
The form that you received is legitimate. It is not possible to deliver this form at a Vodafone shop.
