Hello, my name is Andrew, exchange student for next half a year at Hanze University (Groningen). I am deeply sorry for not knowing Dutch so asking question in English. The point is this is the first time I have visited the Netherlands so have some problems with everyday things one of them my Vodafone sim card is (number removed by moderator). Also I have never used Vodafone mobile operator before coming here. So it is my brief introduction. Now then, I bought Vodafone sim card at the beginning of September (sort of 1-st or 2-nd) at one of your official stores in Groningen (prepaid tariff plan You for 15 euros (2GB maandbundel)) and started using it. Some days ago I noticed that I almost had made use of my 2 GB to the last. For now I have 84 MB left. I can not use Internet outdoors at all. That is why I bought balance top-up (coupon) for 20 euros and activated it right away. Then on your website I purchased (16 September) another bundel, my second one, (3GB maandbundel) for 20 euros. I thought that I would straight use 3GB maandbundel but I could not. My first 2GB maandbundel is completely crossing and covering my second 3GB maandbundel. So I can not use 3GB maandbundel untill 2GB maandbundel is expired on 30th September. By the way I deactivated automatic prolongation on 2GB maandbundel for next month. What should I do to use 3GB maandbundel right now? I do urgently need Internet outdoors. Thanks in advance!
