Prepaid - top up not added to balance

Hello. I topped up my account once for 10 € and 5 €. The second transaction didn't go through, but it took money from my bank account.

I would love to help you with this. When I check your account I see 2 succesfull top ups of € 10,- on Saturday. The total top up ammount have been added to your balance and after that a prepaid bundle is been activated. If there's still something wrong, please let me know.

Please call the costumer service from Vodafone and they will help you and see what is the problem.
