Prepaid to Postpaid

I changed my SIM from prepaid to postpaid on Sunday in the Nijmegen Vodafone shop. They gave me the new SIM card and told me that your new SIM card and subscription will be started on Monday. Today is Thursday and the new SIM card is still not activated.

Thank you I know the process but, there is a problem with that and the guys in the shop can not solve my issue.

I'm sorry to read that your new simcard isn't active yet. Unfortunately you don't have updated your personal data in your Community profile so I couldn't check what went wrong. The quickest way to solve this is by contact our customer service by chat or phone.

I connected with myvodafone. What I need to update?

@alichiftchi Thankyou. According to this information I assume that the simcard isn't linked correctly with the order and numberporting (prepaid to postpaid). Can you please also add the number of the simcard (by Personal Information) you have received in the shop? I would love to doublecheck this.
