Payment method

Hi there,

 

At the moment my payment method is ‘manual’ and I want to change it to ‘direct debit’. Can you please help me with this?

I think you can adjust this via the My Vodafone app. I think you need this URL for that: https://www.vodafone.nl/my/profiel/iban-wijzigen

Otherwise, take a look at this link:
https://www.vodafone.nl/my/profiel

 

If this does not work, wait until someone from Vodafone comes to help you. Fill in all your details in your profile settings and they can start immediately for help.
