Can you please advise? Our company is a client of Vodafone and two weeks ago we have ordered two phones that were supposed to be delivered within 1-2 working days. The phones are not delivered yet and our manager is not replying our messages or e-mails. How we can get our phones?

That is strange! On behalf of Vodafone, my apologies for this.
In this case I advice you to call with Status Order (0800-0500). Make sure you have the ordernumbers with you.
Regarding the accountmanager: you can fill in this form https://www.vodafone.nl/support/contact/accountmanager/index.shtml.
