On Saturday I made an online order for new phone, new subscription. 4 days later, the order is still pending, money taken. Call Service is crappy, since there's an international phone number which goes to a reception desk, from where you are connected to Orders department which puts you through a Dutch speaking robot. Since I'm no Dutch speaker, I cannot proceed with the call.
IN Vodafone store they can only cancel current order and lose the offer that I initially chose.
Any suggestions on how I can improve the situation?
Conclusion: no money, no phone, no subscription....unfortunate experience to be an expat in NL
