Opwaarderen bij prepaid

Hello, my name is Camila Rozas.
My number is +*moderator edit: 06-number removed* and 2 days ago I payed 10 euros via online, so that I would have the pack of 1GB + 1GB, but since day one the credit did not activate and I did not get the 2GB that I was supposed to received.
Now I do not have credit and I would like to talk to someone about this problem, so they can help me found a solution.

Welkom op de klanten helpt klanten Community van Vodafone.

The best thing you can do is contact Vodafone's customer service. This is best done via the chat, since you no longer have credit. Chatting can be done via this link. As customers we can not look into the system what the problem is. So you really have to speak to someone from the customer service.
