No Reply from Vodafone Smartpass Customer Service

I do not get a reply from Vodafone Smartpass Customer Service

The Ticket Number is 2014041910001537.

They request a copy of my bank statement for a refund !!!! although VF is has validated my bank details, my invoice is settled by direct debit.

Can you please help me and contact your colleagues to get my issue under the above ticket number resolved - please. Thank you!


PS. What a journey - I hope sincertly that other customers dont have to go down this way !!!!

Unfortunately we cannot help you via our forum. The forum is meant for customers to help each other and obviously another customer cannot help you with this question. You really need to contact our customer service for this matter.
