Network Lock

Hello. Would it be possible to get a Network Lock code for a Samsung model purchased in the Netherlands in late 2012, early 2013, this sort of style: Prepaid Samsung E127?
We are trying to use the phone with a newly purchased sim in Berlin as we have just moved to Germany... but we seem to require a Network Lock... and we don't know what that is. Thank you!
