My Vodafone shows details of prepaid sim instead of my subscription

Hello, I recently changed my old prepaid sim to a monthly paying postpaid sim, while keeping my number.

However, when I want to check my status, such as how much data I have or how much call time I have, it does not show in my Ziggo&Vodafone app. It still shows my prepaid account but not the new one. Is there another way to check my postpaid's data status? I also know that If I message 4000 as STATUS that I will get my information, but I prefer to check through the app. ofc if it is possible.
